Hello, and welcome to my website. I’m Elspeth, a person-centred, integrative counsellor and clinical supervisor based in Berwick-upon-Tweed, Northumberland. I offer one-to-one counselling sessions for adults and young people aged 12 years and over, from my therapy room in Berwick and online. Outdoor “walk and talk” therapy is also available in north Northumberland and the Borders. 

We all have times where we find ourselves overwhelmed by our thoughts and emotions and struggle to make sense of them. We can be left feeling stuck, uncertain what to do or unable to move forward. As your counsellor I will support you in exploring your experiences, challenges and worries a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space, helping you to make positive changes in your life.
